Loan Action Scotland provides loans from £5,000 to £100,000 at 0% fixed interest to help finance energy saving measures.
Who can apply? The scheme is aimed at Scottish companies that fall within the EC definition of Small & Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs). Registered charities can also apply.
